Reservation terms

You must sign in before placing an order. The price, deposit and rental duration shown when you confirm your reservation apply to that order. The deposit is deducted from the total.

Waiting time is excluded from the rental period. Your rental starts when the administration confirms delivery. The availability countdown is an estimate based on the nearest existing rental end; the administration must confirm account readiness before delivery.

Group reservations are open to multiple customers. Once the required customers reserve, the remaining balance is requested. Accounts are allocated to the first customers whose full payments are approved, subject to account capacity and readiness.

The deposit is non-refundable if you withdraw. If the administration cancels or cannot provide the game, the deposit is refunded. Refunds and payment approvals are processed by the administration.
